How do I connect my Amazon account?
Open the app and tap on „Login Europe“ (or your region). You will be securely redirected to Amazon Seller Central. Confirm access for „GetNotified“. We do not store any passwords.
I am not receiving push notifications.
Please make sure you have allowed notifications for our app in iOS Settings. Also check in the app settings if the „Sound“ switch is enabled.
Why doesn’t the widget update immediately?
To save your battery, iOS updates widgets in intervals (approx. every 15-30 minutes). Open the app to see the latest live data immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings under „Apple ID“ > „Subscriptions“.
